Amy Fischer, MS, RD, CDN

Amy Fischer is a registered dietitian and nutritionist, nutrition writer, educator, photographer and healthy living enthusiast. She is a recipe and content developer and digital influencer of plant-based, whole foods. She works to promote preventative health through an anti-inflammatory diet. She also works at a one of the largest teaching hospitals in NYC as a clinical dietitian in adult acute care.

She received a Bachelor of Art degree in Journalism from Miami University of Ohio and a Masters of Science degree in Nutrition from New York University.She completed her dietetic training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
