Making a sustainable choice with omega-3s

The krill oil industry has recently faced negative media coverage due to over fishing in areas that have been put forward as ocean sanctuaries. Keeping these areas protected will support marine ecosystems in building resilience to the combined impacts of climate change, pollution and fishing.

Krill are harvested for their high omega-3 content, but did you know that the omega-3 in krill and certain fish is due to the algae that they eat?
