Jaime is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics from Newcastle University.  Jaime writes regularly for online and print publications and has appeared on Channel 9’s A Current Affair, Channel 7’s Today Tonight, healthymetv.com.au and more recently for Channel 10’s Everyday Health, Kidspot TV & Mamamia.  Jaime holds a lifelong passion for food, cooking and recipe creation. She sees food as both something to be enjoyed and something to heal, and treat her patient’s medical conditions with evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

Jaime’s philosophy is focused on supporting her patients to find balance in their nutrition, and she possesses a medical sensibility to the nutrition needs of her patients.
