Elizabeth Somer, MA, RD

Elizabeth Somer is author of several books, including her most recent book Eat Your Way to Sexy, as well as Age-Proof Your Body, Food & Mood, The Food & Mood Cookbook,and The Origin Diet. She is an Advisory Board member to Shape magazine and editor-in-chief of Nutrition Alert, a newsletter that summarizes current research from more than 6,000 journals. Ms. Somer was a frequent guest on NBC’s Today from 2000 to 2015, former nutrition correspondent to ABC’s Good Morning America and NBC’s Later Today, and she appears on other national TV shows such as The View and The Dr. Oz Show, as well as monthly on AMNorthWest, the Portland, Oregon morning show. Her hour-long special on Age-Proof Your Body aired nationwide on Public Television in 2001.

Amy Fischer, MS, RD, CDN

Amy Fischer is a registered dietitian and nutritionist, nutrition writer, educator, photographer and healthy living enthusiast. She is a recipe and content developer and digital influencer of plant-based, whole foods. She works to promote preventative health through an anti-inflammatory diet. She also works at a one of the largest teaching hospitals in NYC as a clinical dietitian in adult acute care.

She received a Bachelor of Art degree in Journalism from Miami University of Ohio and a Masters of Science degree in Nutrition from New York University.She completed her dietetic training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Tori Holthaus, MS RDN, LD

Tori Holthaus is on a mission to share healthy eating tips and strategies you should say "yes!" to. Tori is the founder of YES! Nutrition, LLC (www.YESNutritionLLC.com), a nutrition coaching and communications business.

Lucy Jones, MRES BSC Hons RD MBDA

Lucy Jones is an experienced dietitian, having worked in numerous London hospitals; includingChelsea and Westminster NHS foundation trust, Homerton hospital NHS trust and Whittington Hospital NHS trust. After graduating with 1st class honours in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and the Food, Nutrition and Dietetics Prize from London Metropolitan University, she went on to complete a Masters in Clinical Research with the University of Manchester. She is fully registered with the Health and Care Professions council and a member of the British Dietetic Association. Lucy enjoys translating current research from different disease states and translating this into meaningful messages and dietary plans for her clients and the public.

Currently, she is director of Nutrifit Health Ltd and Head of UK Dietetics for Oviva; focusing her time in continuing television roles, private practice consultancy and spokesperson work.

Barbara Troesch

Barbara has a PhD in Nutrition and her main expertise on vitamins and minerals for human health. She has been working as a Scientist and subsequently Senior Scientist with DSM Nutritional Products for more than 5 years. While her thesis was on bioavailability and safety of iron from home fortified foods in developing countries, her research focus has since moved to vitamin and mineral requirements during different stages of the life cycle such as pregnancy, lactation and infancy, but a lso old age. Her background and knowhow allow her to discuss a broad range of topics such as nutritional gaps around the globe, consequences of suboptimal nutrition early in life, effect of polymorphisms on nutritional requirements and disease risk and the importance of adequate nutrition for the elderly.


Nelson Dellis

Nelson Dellis is a 4x USA Memory Champion and one of the leading memory experts in the world, traveling around the world as a competitive memory athlete, memory consultant and highly sought-after keynote speaker. As a Memory Champion, mountaineer, and Alzheimer's activist, he preaches a lifestyle that combines fitness, both mental and physical, with proper diet and social involvement.

Born with an average memory, Nelson was inspired by the passing of his grandmother from Alzheimer's in 2009 to start training his memory so that he could keep his mind strong and healthy throughout his lifespan. In a short period of time, he transformed into one of the leading competitive memorizers in the world, claiming four U.S. titles along the way, the elite Grandmaster of Memory title, as well as numerous US memory records.

Nelson is the founder and CEO of Climb For Memory, a non-profit charity that aims to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's research through mountain climbs all around the world. Nelson has climbed numerous peaks around the world for this cause, including three times on Mt. Everest. He is also the co-founder and organizer of the Extreme Memory Tournament, the most extreme memory competition in existence.
